Mr. Cramer is a senior development professional and seasoned nonprofit leader and manager. His extensive nearly 30-year career in fundraising consulting, development, and fundraising management has earned him the credential of CFRE1 (Certified Fund Raising Executive) by the Association of Fundraising Professionals.

Prior to his service in fundraising consulting, he had professional fund development experience, qualifying him as a successful Chief Development Officer. Mr. Cramer has spent an entire career assisting institutions and organizations with their financial and philanthropic development. These organizations include Citizen's Scholarship Foundation of America, Northwestern College, the Alaska Growth Policy Council, Alaska Pacific University, and Kent State University.

His education includes a B.A. degree in Human Relations and Psychology from Salem College in Salem, West Virginia, and a M.Ed. degree in Educational Administration from Kent State University in Kent, Ohio. He is a graduate Fellow of the Institute for Educational Leadership at George Washington University.

Steve joined a national fundraising consulting firm in 1995 and has provided direct hands-on Senior Consulting services and was a member of the firm's Management Team developing client services, serving as account manager, and supervising and managing the company's consulting business. He served on the board of directors of the company and was elected a corporate officer by the shareholders. His consulting credentials include the areas of education, environment, healthcare, human services, youth services, and arts and culture. He is an experienced Major Gift development officer with emphasis on capital and endowment campaigns.

He has the experience and ability to provide direct service in comprehensive fund development. Steve can lead and manage an organization's fund development process and department as well as provide leadership, direction, and management for specific nonprofit organizations and consulting practices within his experiential base and credentials, working to motivate and direct both staff and volunteers. His pedigree in the development field includes extensive experience and successful opportunities in board development and leadership development.

Steve is a frequent seminar/workshop presenter and speaker and maintains active involvement within his professional associations. His current affiliations and memberships include the AFP (Association of Fundraising Professionals), the Sierra Club, the Mono Lake Committee, the Yosemite Association, the Yosemite Fund, the Advisory Board of the Maplewood Good Samaritan Care Center, the Navy Seawolf Association, and the Navy Tailhook Association.

Mr. Huff is a Senior Consultant and seasoned nonprofit Executive having retired from the YMCA. During his tenure with the YMCA, Bob managed all aspects of the organization as Executive Director.  Having spent 20 years with the YMCA, Bob has directed fundraising programs in annual, capital, major gift, and endowment development.  Bob, by training and experience, is also a specialist in strategic planning and organizational development.

After retiring from the YMCA, he spent time as a self-employed fundraising and strategic planning consultant, providing services to healthcare, youth services, arts and culture, religion, and community social services.  Bob also spent time on the staff of a national fundraising consulting firm and recently joined the firm of Stephen E. Cramer & Associates, LLC.

Mr. Huff's specialty areas continue to be strategic planning, organizational development, feasibility and assessment, and both strategic and operational campaign management for Major Gift, Capital, and Endowment Development.

Bob maintains his professional association and membership with the AFP, American Society of Training and Development, American Management Association, Peter Drucker Foundation for Nonprofit Management, and Rotary International.  He is active in his local church and serves on the board as a volunteer leader for two nonprofit organizations.
