President's Welcome
We hope our website is helpful to you in learning about Stephen E. Cramer & Associates, LLC. Founded by Steve Cramer after 30 years in the nonprofit management and development profession and nearly 10 years with a national consulting firm, Cramer & Associates would like you to get to know its people, its services, its mission, and its values. Conducting a major fundraising effort – Capital Campaign, Major Gift Campaign, Endowment Campaign – is a major undertaking for any organization or institution. Few organizations today have the internal recent experience, expertise, or personnel resources to manage a campaign and the accompanying myriad of details to be successful both on time and on target. The lack of fundraising/campaign management know-how, time, and discipline is the reason nearly 32% of capital campaigns fall short of the goal. For most nonprofit organizations, the best approach for their Major Gift fundraising efforts is to bring in a consultant who has the credentials and experience needed to get the job done.
