Campaign Planning and Feasibility Study

Over the past 30 years Steve Cramer of Stephen E. Cramer & Associates, LLC, has developed the specific fundraising management process known as the Capital Campaign Planning Study & Leadership Assessment™. This process has been used very effectively to perform several important functions:

  • Assess the capacity and capability of the organization or institution.
  • “Test” and prioritize the case for support in the minds of potential major donors.
  • Answer the feasibility question.
  • Give both the organization and counsel the answers, data, and information needed to put together and execute a successful campaign that will be on time and on target.

Years of experience have validated a key finding – the right leadership is paramount to a successful campaign; this is why our process focuses so heavily on this issue and on identifying, qualifying, and cultivating proper leadership for your campaign. Without the proper leadership, you will fail; with proper leadership that is well motivated and committed, you will win. The outcome and deliverables include a report of the Study & Assessment, a set of recommendations about each of the campaign issues and processes, and a customized campaign plan outline for proceeding if that has been validated during the Study & Assessment.
