Endowment Development

Stephen E. Cramer & Associates, LLC has developed a comprehensive approach to endowment development for your institution or organization. This approach includes the following components:

• Capacity building of the organization to establish an endowment/planned giving program
• Writing a three-year Endowment Development Plan
• The development of appropriate resolutions for board approval establishing the endowment program where none may currently exist or reviewing the history and paperwork establishing the endowment program for updating or modification as appropriate
• The expression of a strategy, structure, and multi-year goal and gift objectives for the endowment program
• The establishment of an appropriate volunteer committee structure within the organization for endowment promotion, endowment technical advice, and endowment investment
• The establishment of all appropriate Endowment/Planned Giving policies, procedures, and gifting methods
• Recommendations and assistance in developing printed materials, communication, and cultivation activities
• An appropriate recognition policy and program
• The design and strategy, and plan for execution of an Endowment Campaign
